We are in the Midst of a Catastrophic Sleep Deprivation Upsurge

Americans are not getting enough sleep! What are the ill effects of too little sleep? (Specifically when it becomes a habit). Here are simply some examples: Low energy and illness, Higher heart rate, Increased high blood pressure, More possibility of cardiac arrest or stroke, reduction in motivation, Increased threat of establishing Alzheimer's disease...

The less you sleep, the briefer your life (backed up by numerous large scale research studies). Those are scary realities!
